This is a chrome plated pen nib made for comics, and also widely used for calligraphy and general drawing and sketching. It is considered the most flexible of the G nibs, though most users can't distinguish much difference. G nibs have medium flexibility, making them easy to use and excellent for beginning calligraphers especially. The Tachikawa G is my personal favorite.
