Handmade in the Kannenbaeckerland, Westerwald the German pottery. Made in Germany. Traditional Westerwald gray-blue tableware The characteristic decorative elements of the traditional Westerwald “gray-blue” are applied to the unfired shards with a paint horn. The cobalt glaze is applied with a practiced swing and light pressure. During the firing, the glaze liquefies in the furnace and later shows the typical and different courses of the motifs.
