We start with local lumber from deep in the heart of east texas, USA. Through our partnership we are able to offer 9 varieties of wood including: Red and White Oak, Southern Yellow Pine, Cedar, Cherry, Birch, Alder, Poplar, and even maple. From the raw wood we mill the lumber ourselves and then sand them smooth. From there we utilize a high precision laser to permanently engrave the name of the color directly onto the sample. Then they are hand stained twice, to offer you the most accurate representation of each color. Wether you are an interior designer working hard for a client, A general contractor trying to finish up a project or a Home owner, these minwax stain samples can help to make your choice easier, and more fun. reach out today and order a set in your choice of lumber. What you will receive? - You will receive 30 total samples. Each sample will have the name of the color laser engraved into it. Yes, we purchase and use minwax oil based stains and apply them directly to the lumber of your choice. 2. What kinds of Minwax stain samples can I request? While we currently stock 9 different lumber species, we have access to many others. Please reach out if there is a wood that you do not see listed. 3. Do you sand these Minwax stain samples at all? Yep, we actually will sand them to 120, then water-pop so that the grain will rise, and then a final sanding of 220 grit. 4. I do not see the Minwax color that I would like listed in your sets. Can I request a different color. Yep, Generally there is a charge to add a different color, because we have to purchase the color ourselves. however, We have had many , many people request colors that are not specifically listed in our sets and we have worked with them. 5. Do you offer any guarantees for your Minwax stain samples. Nope. No one really can. Even the manufacturer will tell you this. The reason is that there are just too many variables. We do the best that we can but can not offer any warranties on these products. They are wood samples, stained in the colors listed. Not much more to it than that. 6. Do you offer a discount?
