The unique ratchet handle is simple and easy to use, greatly reducing wrist fatigue. Designed for both right and left handed use. Quick and easy to use this compact rotary compass cutter is great for all types of circle cutting applications.Recommended for use on soft materials such as leather, fabric, cardboard as well as some soft rubbers and plastics.Comes with two RB18 rotary blades in an impact resistant case. Additional RB18 rotary blades sold separately.

CMP-3 is a revolutionary design by OLFA - circle cutter with circular blade. Cutter handle is equipped with ratchet which gives easy and smooth cutting. Cutting diameter is adjustable between 4 - 22cm. To limit risk of injury, circle is equipped with blade cover that should be placed over it when the tool is not in use. There is also a plastic cover for a circle tip. Blade type: RB18. Olfa recommends use of proper cutting mat for ensuring long life of the blade.
