About the Novus Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover Have you got fine scratches on your plastics or acrylics that need some smoothing out?Get your hands on the Novus Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover and remove fine scratches, haziness, and abrasions from your plastic and acrylic items. This polish is ideal for bringing the life back into auto headlights, boats, motorcycles, golf carts, windshields, and much more.The Novus Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch remover will also remove haziness and abrasions. Rather than simply filling in the gaps, this product will restore scratched areas and keep plastics and acrylics looking new.If the surface is dirty, use Novus #1 first. Then, after shaking well and testing in a small area, apply Novus #2 liberally. Polish with a firm back and forth motion at a right angle with a clean cloth. Make sure the cloth is saturated at all times. Applying more pressure to deeper scratches will help remove them. Once the deepest scratches have been polished out, reapply Novus #2 in a circular motion to the entire surface. Allow to dry to a light haze. Using a clean cloth, buff the surface to a slippery glaze using firm, short strokes. For heavier scratches, applying Novus #3 may be required.
